1. About these terms
These terms form an agreement between [Company legal name] ("Formwise") and the association or organisation that creates an account ("you"). By creating an account or using Formwise, you accept these terms on behalf of your organisation.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your login details confidential, and for the actions of the people you invite to your account.
3. Free trial and plans
New accounts start with a 15-day free trial with all features included. At the end of the trial, you can choose a paid plan or your account switches to the Free plan. Plan features and limits are described on our pricing page.
4. Prices and payment
Paid plans are billed annually in advance. Prices are shown excluding VAT, which is added where applicable. Subscriptions renew automatically for another year unless you cancel before the renewal date. If you upgrade, the price difference is charged pro rata for the rest of your billing year.

You agree not to use Formwise to:
- break any law or infringe the rights of others;
- send unsolicited messages or spam;
- upload malicious code or try to access other customers’ data;

6. Your data

7. Availability and support
